Organisation's Name: The name of the organisation is Art in Bridge

Aims and Objectives: The aims and objectives of Art in Bridge are to promote the visual and other arts & culture in Bridge and District.

Art in Bridge will organise Exhibitions of visual arts in the village of Bridge, designed to encourage persons of all abilities, especially children and young persons, to make art and to provide a welcoming space in which to exhibit it.

Achievement of Objectives: The objectives are to be met through the establishment of a Committee.

Membership of the Committee: The Committee shall consist of three persons, resident in the Parish of Bridge.

The Committee will have the power to co-opt members. A quorum will consist of at least two members.

Bank Account: The Committee shall establish a bank account. In the event of Art in Bridge being wound up, any monies remaining in the account shall be given to Bridge Village Hall Management Committee.

In the event of Art in Bridge being wound up, any remaining monies shall be given to Bridge Village Hall Management Committee.
